We have several trash companies every week going through the streets, dropping trash -that is always blamed on the other trash guys. The noise and air pollution is extreme from this wasteful system. We should have a city wide trash removal, where the different companies are assigned an area and are responsible for the quality of the service, and they must provide recycling to every home. We need to incourage recycling, not charge extra for it.
