Time Aurora's Traffic Lights

With tightening dollars for gas budgets and infrastructure improvements, there are many intersections and roads that don't seem to have feeder street lights timed with the larger intersections. Doing this can both lower congestion, AND, it would be the government's part in increasing energy efficiency rather than simply passing laws that put the burden on the taxpayer. For example, Tower road seems to travel really well, but the small lights on Buckley create major snarls during rush hour. And Aurora Parkway in the Tallyn's reach area has several small streets that in the morning are timed such that you hit them all, rather than bunching up the traffic at Arapahoe and Smoky Hill, then letting those travelling the speed limit go unencumbered through the other mall and neighborhood lights.
