When I think about the money needed to clean up after any of these events, I'm comfortable with just about any entry fee I've paid. I'll pay a higher entry fee if food tickets are included. If food vendors are present and setting their own prices, I'm inclined to pay a lower entry fee. Finally, if live music is part of the entertainment provided, an entry fee should be charged if it's a signature or community event.
